If this is it I’m not sold on it. Don’t like the black (?) collar and side panels. And I suspect the shorts would be yellow too, which I also don’t like in principle (they should always be green). Or what would be 100 times worse, black shorts, a la late 90’s. Black is not one of our national colours.

The media release from FA suggests that the men’s and women’s kits will be the same.

“In a further show of unity, the new Australia National Football Team Collection will be worn by all Football Australia National Teams – including senior, youth, Paras and Futsal – starting with the CommBank Matildas during February’s SheBelieves Cup and the Subway Socceroos during their Round 3 AFC Asian Qualifiers in March.”

Apparently there's also a lifestyle collection coming out in April, not sure how it will look though.

I like it. I have a big collection of classic 90s/80s and the simplicity reminds me of this.

Plus good to have an Aussie artist design it instead of making it look like a bogan mess.

I reckon this will sell well overseas as well. Has a bit of a cool factor which is rare for us.
