Chronicles of a stable genius - all the biggliest stuff

Apparently this bill was over 1000 pages long and being amended up to a day before. It's literally impossible to be across something that big in such a short time but that's not the first time for American legislation like that. It's been going on for decades by both mobs.

To get the main bit through every man jack gets a crack at wedging whatever pork barrelling they want to help push it through.

If you watch Planet America on the ABC they've spoken about this sort of thing before.
I ask myself in government worldwide how it is. A bit like the film Margin Call where they expect 2 analysts to crack in 45min what an expert has been trying to calculate for months and come up with an appropriate strategy.

Phonebook thick font 10 legislation docs where an insurance policy 'what you get' overview is presented to reps and they take it on face value and vote accordingly. Of course legislation needs to be deep but the number of exclusions and contradictions that come up in courts later on show additions and omissions happened without anyone knowing. Maybe that's just how government is. Thick and complicated.

It's idiotic. Naively I believe government should be primarily about people and not corporations but you know, I'm a screaming, commo, Marxist, libtard.

I think a lot of government throughout history either strived or was founded with such ideals only for power and money to corrupt. It's no different in any ideology where those in power emtry to possess as much as possible for themselves.

A few years ago in 2021, the U.S. Covid Bill --- WHICH THE MEDIA JUST REPORTED it is a legislation to give each American a few hundred dollars of Covid relief, that Bill was 5,593 pages long and crammed with nonsense, and a paper copy of the Bill needed to be be transported on a trolley (See link below).

This is (potentially) a wake-up call for see how the Media lies. In the U.S. and globally, the Media just presented the Bill as a means to give a few hundreds dollars of relief to American people.

I actually downloaded a copy of the Bill back then, and read though it -- as you people on this forum know, I have nothing better to do with my time, other than, back in 2021, discoursing with you mob on the other forum.

The Bill contained things like Gender Studies in Pakistan and promoting Tibetan Buddhism in Nepal etc. etc. etc.

We live in a world where the Media just reported is as a piece of legislation to help Americans with some Covid handouts. I have friends to this day who trust the Media.

@Muz this includes you. You believe the Media on issues crucial to life and eternity.

the scale of violence in the mostly peaceful LA riots is on another level compared to the fakery of January 6

They're both a disgrace. It's idiotic you defend one and condemn the other even putting aside one was an actual attempted coup and one isn't.

I'm not sure what's wrong with your brain that doesn't allow your words to confirm what you can see with your own eyes.

lack of self awareness plagues you once again

You really are thick. There's no 'lack of self awareness'. I said it's a disgrace. I realise you have a pea brain but I would not have thought reading is beyond you. Maybe it is?

Once again you either choose to be wilfully ignorant or deliberately ignorant. (Neither are good.)

At least I have the integrity to acknowledge facts when they are staring you straight in the face. You on the other hand are bereft of any sort of integrity or character.

Something you seem willing to prove over and over again.

tell me how outraged you are at the Channel 9 reporter getting shot with a rubber bullet... then tell me how outraged you were when police opened fire on (actually) peaceful protesters at Melbourne Shrine

nope that isn't it

instead you should go back over your post history if you want to see numerous examples of straw man

More stupidity and ignorance. You're talking about the LA riots, I'm talking about the proud boys and Jan 6 and how they're shit also and an example of poor 'right' behaviour. Something you seem to think is unique to the 'left'.

I 'm agreeing they're both bad. You will not agree that they are both bad and then rather than argue the facts you say 'look over there' at the Channel 9 reporter that was shot.

That is 100% a strawman.

Lack of character, integrity, an inability to agree on facts, or even acknowledge facts in the first instance, and a refusal to argue in good faith proves to me you're an unworthy opponent.

"proud boys and Jan 6" lol

you have NFI who caused the trouble on Jan 6 and it wasn't the majority of the million people that were there... if it were you would've actually had an insurrection, not a protest that was interrupted by provocateurs
