Yes in the Dockerty Cup.

Just asking whether it resets for Australia Cup as it’s a different competition.
Sorry for the word jumble - copying from a PDF is a pain:

Regulation 13.3 - Cup-tied players

a) Subject to clauses 13.3(b) and 13.3(c), a Player is only eligible to participate withone (1) Club in each season of the Hahn Australia Cup. A Player will be deemed tohave participated in a Hahn Australia Cup Match where they have:
  • been listed as a Player on the team sheet for the Hahn Australia CupMatch; and
  • played in the Hahn Australia Cup Match either as a starting player or as asubstitute (noting that this does not include an unused substitute).
b) FA may approve a Goalkeeper to play for an A-League Men Club or a MemberFederation Club as his second Club in the same year of the Hahn Australia Cup if:

Clause 13.3(a) does not apply, and a Player is eligible to participate in the FinalsRounds with an A-League Men Club or Member Federation Club as his second Clubin the same year of the Hahn Australia Cup, if:

So.. looks like they'll make an exception for Goalkeepers in the Final Rounds (Round of 32), but probably not outfield players.

By the way, from what I am inferring from this, definitions wise:
Finals Round Playoff Matches is that set of A-League only matches in Darwin.
Final Rounds is the national Round of 32
Anything before that is still considered as part of the Australia Cup it seems

Menelaou will be eligible to play in the Australia Cup national rounds / Dockerty Cup semis as Victory youth don’t take part in the comp.

Can anyone confirm that attended the game vs Eastern Lions confirm that Nagamatsu played against us?, If he did he’ll be cup tied similar to Pope and Harding last year.

From the way I'm reading the above regs, I don't think it matters if he played against you - just that he played at all
