MOVIE/TV QUIZ

I have never laughed as much at a single scene as a 16 or so year old watching that campfire. Tears rolling, belly aching.

What a shame we have to grow out of such unbounded wit.

I will say, the TV censored version had horses whinnying instead through that whole scene. Strangely it did not have the same effect.
That and the scene in Spaceballs where they are "combing the desert" and the black dude goes "We ain't found shit" are treasured lines repeated over and over again with my group..

Speaking of which:

haha sure was a surprise classic seeing that scene, what you got away with back int he day.
Miss the freedom - yesterday talking with staff we were talking about all the ol slapstick kind of humour that is taken away from us modern times.
By the way noted your estimate age, I never would have picked we are very close vintage RIMB I'd say.

I would guess quite a few of us fit into a very broad "same sort of age" group.

At work (office work) I used to consider most people were roughly the same age - even though it actually spanned a good 20+ years in reality. Perception is a funny beast.

I hear LFC is a "furry" beast .... sometimes funny :P

Richie, goes back sometime - think funny horse's scene in this movie.
Have a vague recollection of this farce LFC. A man slaps his horse. Jeez tip of my tongue.

Give you a bit more to chew over.

Name each film or series then use the first letter, in order, to produce one of the most common football quotes of all time:

In this mind twisting film you are lead to believe the spinning top is the totem but the wedding ring is actually it.

Whoever holds the conch gets to speak. That's the rule.

1975 film. Petty criminal transferred to a mental institution battles the all powerful head nurse.

Travis Fimmel from Victoria (bloody Mexican eh LFC) plays a Scandinavian sea raider in this excellent series.

Edit: X never, ever marks the spot
same theme different movie: Bad dates
Apologies I got my original line from the wrong one

1968 musical adaptation of the classic orphan boy taken in by a group of pickpockets.

In space, noone can hear you scream

Parzival, Art3mis, Aech (pronounced H), Shoto and Daito join forces to find an egg.
