Nah. Refereeing has gone backwards this season. Someone needed to tell the administrators that they have screwed up royally and this is the best way that they can be publicly shamed into doing something positive. If the clubs are doing something behind the scenes then it is not working. Sorry to see him leave but his reasoning is sound.

I just read an article it said about an hearing he had to appear this week in a show cause notice did he say something that was that bad to the point he had to leave?

Unless it’s an overseas offer has come in all of a sudden?

I just find it odd to quit a club just because of a referee or referee standards.

To loosely quote someone on the reffing side of the line - if he didn't like the reffing maybe he should have taken up the whistle to show how it should be done better...
