I think its funny that something so fundamental in global football seems to be a "revolutionary strategic marketing push" now... ALL of football (with JJ leading the drive) have been pushing for a domestic transfer system that not only incentivises smaller clubs to develop players but ALSO bring in much needed wealth into the game from the top and has the added benefit of sending our best and brightest overseas to play in increasingly better levels.... I just find it funny that all of a sudden, and ONLY because they can no longer afford mediocre ageing Euro talent, the APL is "saving football" again.
