Not sure what has happened to Gauci but he has not been named on the bench for tonight's game, after also being omitted from the squad for the Champions League match against Bologna last week.

Kalik and Karacic to start against each other tonight, for Hajduk and Lokomotiva respectively.
 
No Luongo. Burgess starting (Greaves still out), Gauci left out again, injured?. No Peupion.

Souttar starting, Elder bench.

AMB bench, Bilokapic retains starting spot and Chapman starting.

Nisbet and Hrustic bench.
 
Villa play Palace in EFL Cup midweek so maybe he's being kept safe for his first 'big' debut. Great to see our lower tier keepers starting. Nisbet, Elder and Hrustic can still contribute from bench today in long campaigns.

Surely Kalik is ready for a call up? Some tweets that Popovic rates Eli Adams highly so seeing his goals will catch the eye even more. Bit early for him but until Duke makes way we won't know much up top.

What's with EPL clubs now announcing before 2 o'clock? It was something of a social media tradition with team news at 2. EFL all drop at 2.

Onya Bilo! Got to cut the silly passing game out and it appears shot stopping is his thing. If I recall he got offside by his reached parries just going into the path of an opponent but was powerless to get a better clearance.

Got plenty of time to improve his distribution. Bit of mark schwarzer about him (who also struggled with distribution)
