its a pretty intense schedule. When I looked back at the gg a 2000-2500 season was pretty typical for most of our players back then even when fit
Mooy and Jedi got more minutes for a couple of seasons tho

League One offers more variety. I wonder what the passing stats are like? Certainly there are big clubs in Scotland but League 1 has their share. I'd be curious to see Exeter against Ross County for example.

yeah looks a while ago, league 1 aggregate passes in a match are similar to continental leagues, just below most of them, and well above the bottom 10 in spfl

Once again though he made a really good long pass on the deck the split the defence

I never saw this part of his game for Sydney

Here's an article I prepared earlier (including some insights from Lawrie McKinna) comparing SPFL with the AL.

I'd suggest most AL clubs would survive in L1 and the best teams would survive in the Championship.

If I was gonna put money on it I would hinge towards a draw between a third or fourth placed Hibs or Hearts and the first placed team in the A-league.

However the SPL teams below them I would probably place as season end L1 relegation fodder whereas an A-league team maybe mid table.

Not very scientific though.

Either way many Hearts, Hibs or even Celtic, Rangers pundit would up for a shock against the best in Asia.

In reference to my spiel as a nobody.

Although our National team managers do seem seem for the most part to preference selecting established SPL players over A-league players, for what it's worth.
 
How is Francois doing at Wigan? Anyone know? Just curious as I know he had some promise at one point.

Not sure if injury has stopped him or he is out of favour. Did well in Denmark last year
