Agree with this take. I'm not worrying about Robbo for now, similarly to Volpato, he is clearly establishing himself as a consistent first team player first and then surveying his options - the reason for his unavailability. I think next window will be more telling.
 
Boyle missed a penalty, Triantis hooked at HT, Miller & Iredale not getting on. Not a great day for Aussie Hibs. Hibs big risk of getting relegated, which would be disastrous for the NT.

That's a rotten day. Triantis should be the only one considered to be fair.
 
Balard starting at home to PSV. It's on Sportdigital in Germany so I'll really treat myself to this one. It'll be interesting to see how much of their play he can break up.

Ah excuse me, we have a beer thread for such awesome winter ales. Had 3 Schayern Dunkles today while watching Carlisle.
 
Balard involved in first minute with a win. Leaves a pass to him which is intercepted. Felt a nudge could've opened something. He then puts a ball into the box and is then clipped. Sore, he throws some tape or a band in frustration.

Brilliant slide on 3:52 to win ball by Balard. For god's sake he has to start against Saudi.
 
7:20: PSV speedster beats 3 then runs to Balard who does a shielding run forcing him to run backwards.

Two more good shields to hinder attacks.

I get the Kante reference. Balard just stalks and doesn't stop moving.
 
Gauci not in Villa squad which is good as he's hopefully already on a plane.
 
No Bos but I wouldn't be concerned. He was on the bench in the last squad. I think he's been permitted to travel early.

Given Elder is out, Davidson may be the next chosen should Bos not be available.
