Carlisle bottom of League 2. Coach should be sacked today. New American owners have been in half a year and are restructuring the place with a long term view. I really think Nick Montgomery would be a good option there. He's used to shoestring budgets and the Carlisle Mariners connection of late shows people know people.

Triantis and Iredale looked decent for Hibs in a game that was not a good advertisement for Scottish football.

The connection isn't carlisle, it's Leeds.

Both the Carlisle players were Leeds U21 with MJ. Besides Edmo left on really poor terms with Carlisle. CCM probably arent perceived as having a good connection with carlisle

Ah of course. Yeah I think Carlisle aren't too pleased of losing 2 handy players. They've got new owners now.

Apparently, Souttar got injured. I just saw a headline but haven’t seen footage. Anyone see it and know how bad it looked?

I didn't see it but Front Page Football on X a short while ago posted this:

Fears the worst"
"It didn't look great"

@SheffieldUnited manager Chris Wilder has expressed concern for Australia international Harry Souttar as he suffered an injury last night in the Championship.

The Socceroo lost his footing on the turf and had to be helped by medical staff after damaging his left ankle.

In other X news by Front Page Football, Milos Degenek has left Crvena zvezda and WSW have reportedly made him an offer

no update yet...

Latest on Souttar is just awaiting a scan so info is scare. Hope it's just a 3 week thing. The headlines are also a bit more drastic due to the crazy EFL schedule. Understandable yet the injury might be a bad one given the tone.
