I don't know what the ref is thinking in these situations. Are Asian refs dumb or what?

It's the Gulf Nations and China. Central Asian refs are tough and don't buy it and neither do the Japanese or SK refs. They're used to it so it doesn't seem bad. There's one Qatari ref who breaks the mould but you still feel he buys too much of his region's cheating.

Find it unintelligent and negligent to allow a guy on the done like that. We must analyse and teach this awareness. I still don't get it at the pro level. As 9 year olds we we given a job to stalk and man or zonally block an avenue and every time we saw the opponent in the danger area we nullified it like we were possessed. The world's best do it but I swear so many pros are absolute donkeys in their awareness of danger.
