So even the confederation doesn't program their site to Consider H2H. It needs to be abolished.
That's pretty funny

Would be even funnier if afc did an apl and changed the rules without telling anyone

So if Japan didnt score the last 4 minute to make it 2-3 we wouldve qualifed with Japan.

Or if UAE didnt equalise at the end we would have qualified with vietnam and Japan is out.Screenshot_20250411_031620.jpg

Disappointing not to qualify but at least we beat Japan which is an nice consolation, they will learn harsh lessons about tournament football given they missed out by a goal so a good learning experience.

I feel they had not much luck in the first couple of games which unfortunately proved costly, looked like that penalty which went over the line against Vietnam cost them by time!

Disappointment tempered by this being an annual tournament now. Fingers crossed for next year.

Saudi with a laughable last second equaliser penalty and they beat South Korea on pens. VAR checked it and I can see why it was given but it's pure simulation.

Nice pre Bundesliga segment today. Frank Schmidt has been managing Heidenheim since 2007. He along with a few others had photos shown of their time with Germany at the World Youth Championship in Australia in 1993. An U20 tournament where Australia lost to Brazil in the semi finals.

The feature today was interesting in that the players mentioned all had a respectable professional careeer but have had a much bigger impact as managers. Torsten Lieberknecht, Andre Breitenreiter as managers while Max Eberl in a director role are very prominent. Dietmar Hamann is on the panel so he was in the photo too.
