BTW, to all people of culture, Im performing an "art installation" in front of the NGV on the weekend. Im going to lay out a rainbow flag, have a bearded lady lay on it wearing jack boots, lipstick, and denim overalls and Im going to whip out the old fella and piss on all over her/him/it ....... reckon Ill get a government arts grant? hahahaahah
