Shit future planning. Why didn't they consider building some new cities 20 years ago? Places near Eden NSW offer a reasonable mixed climate. With all these jobs being virtual, they could set up a few areas to at least be developed into new cities or hubs of sort. This is something to grow over numerous decades, not some immediate fix.
