Rudy Giuliani was ordered to pay $148 million in damages to two Georgia election workers, Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, for defamation. Giuliani had claimed the women engaged in election fraud.
This is based on CCTV footage from 2020 where Democrats, in the middle of the night, came up with a bogus lie that there was a water main burst in the vote-counting centre.
After expelling all the poll watchers and Media cameramen from the vote-counting centre, a group, led by these 2 women, pulled out bags of ballots from under a table, and fed them into the vote-counting machines several times. (This activity correlates with a spike in Democrat votes). Here is the CCTV footage:
At the half-way mark of the following video, you can see this small group of Democrat workers working the counting machines while everyone else, including Media and poll watchers were evicted from the building having been told a lie about a bogus burst water main.
To get a better perspective of what happened in the Georgia election, I have stitched video feed together from CCTV footage showing poll workers pulling out boxes of ballots. The GA hearing held yeste

Note how all the Media cameras and poll watchers were evicted from the counting-centre by lying that there was a burst water main. Then, when everyone had gone, these people fed bogus ballots through the machine with no scrutiny of poll watchers.
Notice also, because of Covid in 2020, the poll watchers had to stand back many metres away from the action.
The above video was from a Georgia Senate hearing that showed this evidence. If you want to see the full Georgia Senate Hearings, here are the links:
Now, the Leftist took Rudy Giuliani to court, and the court awarded the women $148 million. Since Giuliani did not have that money, the court awarded the women Giuliani's house and his personal possessions, as he shared in the 2nd half of the following video:

Remember, no court in these past 4 years has allowed evidence of voter fraud to be tested by cross-examination. Instead, the entire machine has assumed there was no voter-fraud, and hence the conclusion that Trump led an insurrection, and that these lawyers who defended Trump were insurrectionists.
This time in 2024, the Republicans had studied the Democrats cheating methods. In the lead-up to the election, there were dozens of court cases to prevent the Democrats from using the same methods. But those were in certain States. And not all the leaks could be plugged, but 2024 was better than 2020 when everyone was caught unprepared.
Generally, the public fell for the Media's assertion there was no widespread fraud. That in itself was a lie, because the fraud did not have to be widespread. The fraud just had to be in a very small number of massive counties, controlled by Democrat poll workers, in the swing states of PA, AZ, GA, MI and WI.
The courts never reviewed the evidence. The public thinks the courts did. But under legal process when you submit evidence to court, lawyers for and against will argue about whether the evidence is true or false. Thus, there were no cases where the courts allowed the masses of evidence to be tested by cross-examination. Most of the cases were tossed out on technicalities, such as "lack of standing".
You guys will probably pfft this off as nonsense, but if there are any lawyers or barristers on this football forum, you'll know what I'm talking about.
