From reading Ukrainian news sources Kiev Independent, and Ukrainian journalists such as Illia Ponomarenko, they say that the Azov Battalion does not equal Nazi -- although in their history decades ago there might have been a link between Azov and Nazism. More proof needed than just showing photos of the Azov insignia.

I am no expert on Ukraine, and am just going on what the said sources from Ukraine are saying.

Also, if you're going to throw around the word "Nazi" -- you have to define what it means. Otherwise it's a bit like the Leftist Mainstream Media accusing Trump of being a "Nazi". The word becomes meaningless, unless you define what you mean when you say someone is a Nazi.

Here's a link to a story of an actual holocaust survivor criticising Kamala Harris of mis-using the term "Hitler" and "Nazi" to slander Trump.

In Ukraine they were allowed to participate in formation of the government after the US led coup of 2014 and comprise a whole battalion in the Ukraine armed forces. The reason for this is they could be relied upon as fomenting anti Russian sentiment.

Western areas of Ukraine, Lviv population around 1 million is a hotbed of nazi sympathisers.

the reason is existential for the Russian Federation

the Zelensky regime also violated the Minsk II treaty by continuing shelling of Donbass region prior to February 2022

Ukraine wasn't a sovereign nation. It gave up that in 2014.

I'm against all violence in the world. Its not for me to decide what was the best course of action as I don't have all the intel available to make that judgement. However I understand why it was taken. Most people don't because they only hear propaganda and not the truth. There was already a war ongoing in Donbass. Russia intervened, it didn't invade a peaceful country.

Ukraine wasn't a sovereign nation. It gave up that in 2014.

I'm against all violence in the world. Its not for me to decide what was the best course of action as I don't have all the intel available to make that judgement. However I understand why it was taken. Most people don't because they only hear propaganda and not the truth. There was already a war ongoing in Donbass. Russia intervened, it didn't invade a peaceful country.
