Chronicles of a stable genius - all the biggliest stuff

It's actually hilarious that Trump would even nominate him - seen his legal credentials? FMD. Circus has started and he's not even in yet. As I said, would've been awesome if he rode this out. Clearly there is amazing dirt on him.

@ JS a few witnesses against your boy Gaetz by the looks of it. And he did resign from congress so his own party couldn't;t release a report about him. And before you say pressure or dark forces against him, this is a guy that shut down congress and supposedly has the most powerful man in the world on his side.

Only the best people.

The peaceniks are all in the firing line.
Watch them go after Gabbard next and tsf will be in tow with all the smear propaganda run against her.

Fucking Russia marched into Hungary in 56 and half of my family had to live under fucking communism for nearly 40 years. Whole lives and generations destroyed because of the fucking Russians. Such a wonderful system they had to literally build a wall to keep people in.
I love that these pro-Russian slime conveniently forget about the U.S.S.R.

The basement dweller needs to go outside once in a while and talk to people who lived under it.

All these free thinkers who have had their minds shaped by Russian bot farms. Hilarious.

The most obvious thing about them though is their thinking aligns on every topic, and everything they care about or angers them is the same. Pretty strong evidence they're all singing from the same Russian psy-op hymn sheet. Not to mention they parrot the same lines.

Speak to anyone else in the centre (the majority here and normal folks) and they all have pretty varied takes on most things but have common ground.

Not just the USSR but the Warsaw Pact. the legendary military alliance that was so good your own allies fucking invade you to stop you leaving.

yeah, we are NATO now and we will never forget it, especially when someone with small man syndrome who needs to ride atop a horse to distract the eyes from being a circus midget decides he's Peter the fuckin great and actually retarded enough to tell people that. We don't need historians to figure this shit out, we need a post mortem. My bet is there's a lot of Swiss cheese up there, no telling which gymnast he got it from though.

If anything associated with that shit hole violent kleptocracy was decent, you wouldn't need bot farms to convince anyone now would you

How South Park put tom cruise in the closet scene instead of this cry for help is beyond me. Can't even own up to who his own mother was.

NAFO trolls are the bottom feeders of society.

They won't be satisfied until they're nuked. Sad folk.

You clearly do not understand Trump's rationale of selecting a person like Matt Gaetz.

If a Department of Justice had been a nicely functioning government agency -- where the mode of operation is the traditional "justice is blind" -- then someone like Matt Gaetz, with limited years of legal practice, would seem an odd choice.

But for the immediate task of addressing a Department that has gone rogue, one needs a battering ram, or bulldog like Matt Gaetz, like a special forces soldier brave enough to go into the devil's den.

With Pam Bondi having the requisite decades of experience as a prosecutor, and 2 terms as Attorney General of Florida -- I do not have information to form an opinion whether she has sufficient "mongrel" fighting spirit to tackle a DoJ that has gone rogue. Time will tell.

In this instance, "gone rogue" is defined as a DoJ that operates from a Democrat-partisan framework, rather than a "justice is blind" framework.

Similar rationale would undergird the selection of Tulsi Gabbard for DNI director (Director of National Intelligence), and the potential selection of Kash Patel possibly for FBI director.

This guy is only upset about the Trump picks the TV shows he watches are upset about. No mind of his own. Sad.
Meanwhile he's completely blind to all the others, many of whom I'd have major problems with.

I know why he chose Gaetz. I don't see any problem with it. I think he's a great choice.

I see reports Trump is going to make the Justice Department investigate the 2020 election. This is great news too.

The new Trump presidency is delivering and he's not even in yet

That's right.

The following are what any lawyer or barrister, with experience in litigation, will tell you:

When a court refuses to hear a case because the person bringing it "lacks standing" (no locus standii), it does not mean the evidence was weak. Instead, it means the person didn't have the basis to be the one starting the court action. For example, if you witness your neighbour's house being burgled, your neighbour (being the person who was harmed) has the right to file the court case. But you, because you were not harmed, do not have "standing" to bring the case, even though you do have the evidence of seeing the burglary happen.

Thus, the Mainstream Media has perpetrated a hoax on the public, by asserting that, because most of the 2020 Election cases were thrown out on technicalities particularly lack of standing - they falsely equate that to there having been no evidence. And people, who don't understand law, they fall for that Media Leftist hoax.

Furthermore, judges don't just willy-nilly decide the evidence is weak and toss it out. No. No. No. In order for evidence to be tested as being strong or weak, it needs to be cross-examined. This involves lawyers for both sides, for and against, challenging the evidence. And the lawyers grilling the people who bring the evidence. Note that no court allowed cross-examination of evidence. Instead, the judges just declined to hear the cases due to the above said technicalities.

Now, with Pam Bondi as the U.S. Attorney General, there will be a chance for a full investigation.

Imagine a team with Matt Gaetz as Special Counsel -- there is no need for Congressional or Senate approval for a person brought in as Special Counsel.

Dream team would also include Professor David Clements, former law professor at New Mexico State University who has campaigned against 2020 Election Fraud.

Crickets.

You know what my stance - on people paying for sex -- would be.

I have mulled over the question, and realise that it is far more nuanced than you anticipate. e.g. consider that Jesus was criticised for speaking with swindlers (Roman tax collectors) and prostitutes - not because he approved of prostitution, but because Jesus Christ came to save all sinners. (Matthew 21:31, and Mark 2:17 - “Those who are well have no need of a physician, but those who are sick. I came not to call the righteous, but sinners.”)
