That, firstly, is not a nice thing to say about a stranger who's never harmed you, MSC.

Secondly, on this thread I try to keep to the topic, which is Donald Trump -- "the stable genius". The topic of Christianity came up on this thread discussing Trump's faith in Christ.

Even tsf's question on why God 'saved' Trump by a fraction of a second, but allowed the Christian firefighter to be shot in front of his family - I can see that's relevant to the Trump thread. But I haven't answered tsf's question because, to really answer it thoroughly would require an essay ... that would become off-topic for this thread.

But which church I personally go to would seem off-topic on this discussion thread.

You left out some words here, I'm sure. Surely what you meant to say was ".... to really answer it thoroughly would require an essay where most of it is unrelated to the question anyway, and where I won't even come close to answering the question".

On one hand, our Lord's last commandment was to spread the gospel message to the whole world:

"Go therefore and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I have commanded you. And behold, I am with you always, to the end of the age.” (Matt 28:19-20)​

On the other hand, nowhere are we told to promote the particular church one goes to. Moreover, that'd have nothing to do with a thread on the topic of Trump.

Why do you keep pressing me to say which church I go to?

In terms of the broad categories -- Catholic, Protestant, Orthodox -- I go to a Protestant church.
