Thought this was cool. Always been interested or fascinated by transport networks and how it all works.
Big fan of Geoff Marshall and all his London underground work and I'll play regularly on Google Maps to suss the network out.
Geography and nature has it's great points too so feel free to add anything in that regard.
Forget the channel name but some girl has an urban planning YouTube which breaks down city blueprints and design. She thoroughly analysed the long tunnel from Times Square to Grand Central and where all the ways go and why it's as such.
I've always been one for the secret nook. Can't find them on Maps but there were these somewhat discreet brass entrances to Fulton St subway in NYC that no one seemed to use.
With pre smartphone travel I have flashbacks of random stairs, corners and things I always try to find again on maps.
