The forum came around if I'm not mistaken around the 2006 World Cup. It really picked up in 2007. There wasn't as much posting when it first started, 2007 is when it really kicked off.

Seems like a few of you are also 2007 which I'd say is the first wave.

Brew, was my wife's account on 442. She hardly used it.

Another coach was posting using his real name. I offered him the Brew account to remain anonymous. At the time he was a SAP coach. The last I heard he was a Vic NPL Tech Dir. He got pissed off on 442 that one poster constantly claimed he was me. He knows a lot more about football than I do, but the poster accusing him, a former state league NPL player himself, couldn't see it!

I joined 442 in 2007 - I think.

I can clearly remember an Afroman and Mod, called ,Hegasus, or something like that. Not many others posted then, other than the troll, Chips. The latter posted as Judy Free, Chips Rafferty and was banned multiple times from 442/IS.

I'm surmising he posts here as VO2 Max - given his reference to certain things only Chips has ever done, and being identified as such by one of his Anarchy frenemies, Frontliner, on the 442 Extra Time thread for former Anarchy posters.
 
Need to move on about trolls.
Part of the fibre hwy you don’t engage the way I see it for their posting style is pretty obvious.
Sure miss some stalwarts of the past from 442.

Given we have some very confident new posters on G and G, who seem very familiar, but didn't introduce themselves properly and honestly, I'll delineate their backgrounds, having been stalked by a number of them for a decade or so - online and offline.

Next time they troll you, you might like to know a bit about your troll.

KNVB Mythology - used to post as Ladies Love The Cocu on Anarchy. Has Dutch origins, and thinks Aussies are incapable of playing football like the Dutch. Hence for him, the NC is wasted on Aussie footballers. Banned as Lollywood on 442. Rejoined as Involuntarily Transferred.

VO2 Max- the nefarious Chips Rafferty of his own forum, No Holds Barred (a rival for Anarchy Forum for a while), and Anarchy Forum, infamy. Plus a frequent troll on 442/IS. According to his frenemy, Frontliner, he was investigated by Balkan folk he trolled, and they claimed he was banned from coaching youth. VO2 Max/Chips R has been envious of others coaching at higher levels since. Incurred plenty of bans on 442.

John Kasich - a benign American politician user name. Former site owner of Anarchy Forum. Didn't troll much on Anarchy and could be accused of being a nice guy. Yet on here the John Kasich account is far more facetious. I'm taking a punt that he and his former Anarchy owner, Sevan/Edude, might have had a falling out. That Edude has used John Kasich as his sock puppet on G and G. The John Kasich posts to date are far more reminiscent of Edude's DNA than JK's.

The Bird - could be the shocking Anarchy Moderator, Birdman?

Flying Bat - definitely has Anarchy roots. Pasquali might have identified him as having close links with Frontliner. It appears they live together.

Not sure where the nefarious ECP, or ECP Koko ( name on Twitter so I'm told, I don't have Twitter account with Musk), Bob 11, or Edude fit exactly with G and G? These are Aussie Hool's mates. AH has already been shown the door on G and G.

Lupi - posted enough on 442, to be considered a genuine 442/IS member. A much better bloke than the aforementioned. Apart from being a Donald Trump supporter, may even have a long term future on G and G. Credit to Lupi, he gave the aforementioned a hard time on Anarchy! He doesn't stalk either and uses his own name as a poster - Lupi!

There are some okay blokes from Anarchy who've registered here. Cmedina (good guy with ethics), Beretta and Stompy, don't tend to troll.

I've used the excellent Ignore function on this forum ( to hide their posts) on the former Anarchy posters above Lupi on the list, apart from Frontliner.

Apart from Joffa and Benjamin, not sure what the others stood for?

Pala used to post lots of useful links.

PV4 is an NPL player.

Have had contact with Benjamin off forum - but not for a while. He has worked as a football scout. Ben has some great stories!

Another good poster was Arthur. Was an NPL Club Pres and a mate of Ben's off forum. Arthur used to post some really good research articles. Also, had contact with him off forum.

the others incl pv4 stood similar to me and many others, just passionate simple football tragics who have no care to play like trolls do..
Great contributers for the game and clubs they supported in the forum.
Ben/Arthur we're brilliant contributers correct.
 
I'm not a troll. I'm a proper SoyBoy and fit in here with all the other GGFC SoyBoys really well.

I like the 'tillies, jazz music, leftie politics and reading.

There is a life outside of football forums i suggest living a little and not taking what people say online too seriously.
