Hi all.

I am avid aficionado of everything statistical and Dutch. I coach an amateur district team in my local municipality and apply everything I've learned through my KNVB Mythology starter pack course. I have witnessed unparalleled success, I wish and hope the same for the Olyroos and Socceroos.

Yes, sadly there are heaps of Anarchy trolls starting to infest these off topic sections in G and G. They are simply posting to troll, derail, goad, agitate and wind up affable posters like your good self.

Just skip past their posts and ignore them, TSF.

Inevitably, they will be banned - like Aussie Hool.

These are all his frenemies. They usually all quarrel with each other, unless they have guys like you to unite against. Don't let yourself and other former posters from 442/IS be sucked into their infantile games and possibly join them being booted out of G and G.

Attention seeking trolls don't like being ignored!
 
This thread has been a useful exercise reading some honest introductions from a range of posts. It has been interesting to read a diversity of backgrounds. Thanks to Erogenous Zone for starting the thread.

Conversely, those who have tried to derail the thread, almost exclusively from a defunct forum, where trolling, doxing, derailing, playing the man not the ball, was encouraged, even by the supposed Moderators and Site Owner, should be warned and subsequently banned, if they continue to transgress.

Sadly, some better intentioned guys from 442/IS are almost jumping in the boat to the trolling. Don't bite, lads!
 
Some people just have a lot of negative opinions. For my part I like to give them a genuine chance to add some value to discussion before I write them off. If we all agree about everything there is not much merit in a forum (reminds me of another life message I can add to that thread - something to be said for the quotes on the bottom of a daily calendar).

I am not talking about the obvious trolls - just the negative posters who actually try to add some backing to their opinions.

You don't think KNVB Mythology is a direct rip at Decentric or the blokes who post 'these are my pronouns' or 'I fully support Israel' and 'go Kamala' in their opening remarks aren't looking to stir shit?

They sit in the obvious troll section - no dispute from me on them. I wondered with some amusement if KNVB was you or maybe even Mono in good humour.

Was talking more generally about giving some seeming trolls a chance to add something genuine to the discussion before writing them off. Like a small number in the IS forum who started out with one line bagging and constant negativity and ended up contributing to discussion more. I choose to give them a chance if they have any substance or thought to their posts.

Muzzie,,, don't get so puritanical mate... Its just an internet forum... either engage and "slug it out" with them or dont bother and just ignore....

I find some of them pretty bloody funny
