Some very disturbing allegations, from attempts at doxxing people here to mis-doxing (is that a word?) the sort of people you don’t really want to do that too. One thing is certain, if correct I wouldn’t want to be doxy Mc doxter’s shoes. 😅😅

yep, NPL is gaining some traction which is good to see and much needed, heartenning some regular APL supporters are contributing more well done you guys.
 
I want to know where the old posters from all the various forums a decade ago have disappeared to. Are they lost to the game? Are they talking soccer somewhere else like Facebook? I think they're missing out a bit, this place can't be beaten imo for quality content.
 
People's lives change especially the changes that have occurred SM wise HG as a guess.
My fav car forum is slowly getting less and less posters, one mentioned not long ago not enough traffic to meet his needs going onto FB and other specialist groups that have more traffic for eg......
442 I was a relative newby compared to some who were there years before me - it was huge to me, even the euro/EPL section had alot of activity by regulars who also followed AL alot.
Have they left the game ? I wouldn't think so for they were very full on - maybe they got sic of SM ?

I'm glad the migration to here has been a relative success and well done Pascuali.
Good quite a few of us jumped the fence - just hope we keep growing, maybe some from the past may drift back.
Alot hinges on the game growing ie APL/NPL - we really need NPL to finally get back where it needs to be this will really help GG grow I expect.

Palasidious is on reddit, stifflers mum is on ccm forum, benjamin and arthur are still south melbourne fans but dont venture on, joffa seems to have disappeared, voice of reason is on twitter

Those are some active posters i can remember. When i could be bothered id like to dm some old 442 people using the website. I imagine you would srill get email notifications

I think alot of that has to do with with FA's improving visibility of the Australia Cup and clubland below the Aleagues... Where once all of the "resporting" wasa round the funny little effnik club canteens, now you get stories like Nunawading and Weston Bears, not to mention South Hobart. NPL and State league clubs are finally finding a "voice" in the football landscape and helping them to grow is an active interest from FA and the ambiiton that something like the Chamionship or an Australia Cup run can foster.

Yes 442 was huge before.
