NPL 2025

@Beretta
On paper and playing at home I would say Hume but Thunder looked solid against a strong Green Gully so I think they've got the wood tonight. Gully v Oakleigh would be the more entertaining game tonight though.... I think there will be goals a plenty in that one... Preston vs Dandy City may be decent also although I think Preston may have their first hiccup of the season....

Match of the round (yes yes I know Im biased AF) will be the OG Derby at Lakeside Monday.. I was impressed by Knights on the counter and we look a bit shaky upfront... Cant see alot of goals in this one but it will be one of the more even derbies we've had in years... could be an arm wrestle of a match...

what should I bee looking out for up there?
Rockdale
Marconi
United
APIA

should all get wins.

whats the "vibe" up there regarding this year btw? Are crowds getting better? Are people talking about the Championship at clubland?

still early days, crowds seem to be a bit better.

There is genuine interest and talk regarding the NSD competition, but i sense its a proceed with caution approach. Soccer Australia did Fuck our clubs in the past, and some people dont forget it. So the "who's funding the league" questions does get asked a lot.

Yep shocking alright.
Friggin better wake up soon.
Whereas APIA routed the ccm side.
Whilst watching I was thinking this comp is so screwed up with the AL squads.
It just isn’t right having then involved this way.
I was impressed by the spirit result against BC.
