Every club has deadbeat supporters. Victory are on a different level as they have crews that are genuine street gangs. The fact that i may have to stand next to them against Preston p1sses me off.

To prove i dont give a rats about ethnicity, if they misbehave i hope the Preston fans slap them around in the back streets of Reservoir after the game, and i could care less if a chunk of these MV gronks are of Greek descent.

Also by sheer numbers the likelihood goes up.

I wouldn't bet against Hellas having the same problem if they were in a-league, to from older existing fans, but youth...or kids that got onboard if they in the a-league

Also ironically some of these trouble makers are kids of old hellas fans (not trying to make a connection at all btw)

100% agree, its certainly being discussed as a worry for Championship level crowds...

The thing is these guys are repeat offenders and mv refuse to do anything about them.

They're know to the club, security, police etc.

Honestly time to bring in something similar to what they have in the UK youre banned from a game sign into you local cop shop

on Kick off, half time and at the end of the game or something.
 
Historically we've had big problems in the past, a small minority of our supporters were out of control back in the Postecoglou era for eg. As a kid in high school at the time it was a complete embarassment.

My issue with the MV lot is that you cant even be sure if they have a remote interest in the sport. All the nonsense thats happening away from the grounds, pubs etc, its crime thats very organised. Im pretty sure quite a number of them are under the influence of drugs as well, they're well known to everyone because they've been at it for many years and somehow MV cant/refuse to reign them in. It infuriates me that this has to be an issue for South, Preston and even Heidelberg, clubs that are dreading that this lot will turn up and hijack games.

Last year it angered me so much when this gang picked a fight against Preston at a match in Northcote, the poor Northcote City president who is a ripping bloke had to make a statement saying that it had nothing to do with his club, but they still got dragged through the mud, a small hardworking club cops it cos of these morons.

Its not lost on us that some of these punks may be the kids of ex south fans. They came on Monday night looking for a fight, abbusing South fans in Greek no less. They think they're cool but ultimately they're an embarassment to themselves, to MV and quite frankly they're an embarassment to Greeks. At the very least they need to fcuk off from the npl scene.

I don't know if that's true. The vast majority have been banned at various times. Over the years many have also come back from 2/5/10 year bans.

The reality is it's a double-edged sword. IMO the NT needs more mature leadership.

Yes.
The South East area of Football Queensland is the Metro Region (essentially Brisbane), South Coast Region, Sunshine Coast Region and Darling Downs Region.

Just ban them forever and actively stamp it out. You can have incredible support without endagering or threatening other people

I dont think its really ON MV to do anything mate.. FV and FA know who they are, they can enforce bans and threaten points deductions and fines to the clubs that allow them in ... they don't though? Is it because they need the pictures of black tshirt Nancys holding flares for their promo clips?

There is a dinning room upstairs that I swear is like 85% carbon copy replica of my mother -in- laws house... I mean down to the pictures of last supper, nick nacks on the wall and the plates and glasses.... its soooo hilarious.

amazing when that happens, especially if it crosses culture.

My parent's had this unframed picture of a fruit bowl hanging in the kitchen until they finally renovated the place about 15 years ago. You wouldn't believe the shock when I walked into my wife's mother's kitchen for the first time (Fijian) and the exact same picture is hanging up.
