Other Sport interests and do you play ?

I played futsal last night. I haven't played a football game for about 6 years. I still kickbox once a week so still slightly fit, but bloody hell it was tough. Players are half my age

French/Alpine, are we really surprised :) go figure I agree Volrath but its typical of their history in F1 as well.
Go figure next season there will be 4 MB customer friggin cars ! that should be questioned wouldn't you think ?
McLaren for me have always been the Darth Vader team, hope they lose the plot next 3 races but for Piastri finishing strong I can cop that but I hope Haas or RB2 displace Alpine in the Constructors in the end.

I just wish they would add Andretti to the grid and grow the number of teams. Ideally we would have 12 teams with 24 spots for drivers. There are too many good drivers out there for the 20 seats available. To think we might not get Colapinto on the grid next season. F1 used to have 13 teams so it is def possible. The current 10 teams just don't want anyone else to join the party of the rapid growth F1 is experiencing currently.

I swear Merc will supply almost half the grid next season

Monaco extended until 2031.
Should be extended until infinity, but still good news

Hey F1 guys, I read (Cant remember were now) that Lewis Hamilton is going to sponsor himself??? Whats the go?
Happens a bit with F1 drivers, but usually not to that calibre!

For example, Carlos Sainz currently brings Estrella Galicia sponsorship to Ferrari, and Sergio Perez some Mexican brands to Red Bull. Fernando Alonso had previously brought Santander to Ferrari (although they stuck around after he left).

With Lewis however, the brand he's bringing across, is his own non-alcoholic tequila brand, Almave.

Oh ,, hahaha they way my nuffy mate explained it was that he was going to be sponsored by "himself" .... this makes alot more sense :P

I mean technically yeah, but still. haha

Guess it's like Ryan Reynolds having Wrexham sponsor his whisky brand, things like that.
Why is it always alcohol?

My mate is a massive Ferrari supporter and always look to disparage Hamilton.. Told me he was waiting for the first Image of Lewis with the word "Hamilton" across his jumpsuit. hahahahahahah

F1 Vegas done dusted and Championship.
MV just needed to finish above Norris to lock up the title with 2 races remaining that he did.
P5, after running away with many race wins early season it was a large enough buffer and importantly he kept picking up points.
I agree with Horner prob his finest WC season for he sure had some battles, with the car and other teams.
First there has been 7 different winners I think.
4 times Champ is massive in this game imo.
I find him as accomplished as Schumacher, just a natural born animal behind the wheel, fast damn fast and can adjust to the cars capability for some cannot do this as well.

I'm sorry my Red cars are still not there but they are not far off.
CLC spat the dummy on the radio that I always find funny when drivers let off on line for all to hear

Kudos and adios Carlos soon, I think we should have kept you but $$'s and a ol man prevails over youth and less $$'s to the table.
I'm going to struggle getting behind hamilton for he sure isn't the type I gravitate towards, I hope CLC shows you up more than not.

Oscar a massive break out year, good luck to you our Aussie, I Ferrari look to take you in in the years ahead you have the potential becoming a WC in the right car and timing.

Have been privately impressed with Lewis this year... poo-poo'd him moving to Ferrari when the announcement was made, but slowly coming around to it. It's either going to end in tears, or beers.

Intersting little stat about yesterday though - of the 4 Las Vegas GPs in history, 3 of them have now seen the World Drivers' Championship being claimed with a 5th placed finish in Las Vegas.

I'm still struggling about him NCB, yes he has adjusted and recovered - spouse MB finally have been getting the car better for him.
I do respect the relationship he has with Wolf due to so much success but I can't warm up.
One McLaren were always the enemy and then MB for how long between them both, a long time.
Maybe I'll warm a litttle after pre season times and go from there.
I think it will be he'll be making up the numbers but now and then put on a good one.

Ah the Vegas history, you know I go back being a young fella watching Alan Jones.
His heydays at Williams and the Fly Saudi sponsership going way back then, no one ever bothered bitching about Saudi then, just thought good on you Frank.
I see Michele won the following year, a bridesmaid sadly overall.

Absolute horrible track though - have given it a go on Assetto Corsa with my mods installed and wow.
Current Vegas I can get behind, but the old one was just ... mind-numbing. Miami fits that bill for me too. Vegas, Canada, Austin, Mexico - 4x North American GPs, do them in pairs (if they can) but not sure which one would be best paired with Canada, weather wise

haha are you surprised of the ol street circuits.
Woeful, some better today no doubt as mentioned,
Gonna be pretty hard getting schedules paired due to closer geography for some EU circuits you can't change them due to history and when held.

One other top street circuit is Adelaide !
I still feel its better track than Albert Park.

Loved Adelaide, even as a kid. I can't remember if I've ever shared the story of Adelaide and how my brothers' + dad got me into F1.

The old original PlayStation F1 game (1995 season) had Adelaide, and then for the follow up 1997 game, they incorporated the few tracks that had been swapped out since by having a mirrored version (right turns instead of left turns, etc) that I loved driving - "Edialeda"
Still one of my 3 quintessential street circuits - Monaco, Adelaide, Singapore. Glad Supercars were able to save it from being stopped for good a couple years back.
