Summer of Cricket thread

Are you not aware of Google. Hint - try searching “cricket scores”.
It might have been a quicker response if someone was reading it then and there. As it was the score had already been posted, but I missed it.

Aus having Saffers 4 down for under 50 runs is probably on top. I'm relieved.

Do you think his technique is exposed more on English pitches, Baggers?
Yes probably Jon given they are more conjusive to seam and swing than ours. Windies next, not sure what kinda pitches they have as has been so long since we played there. But I do recall a rookie J H having a big tour back then, so the decks must've seamed.

Why is Khawaja still there? Cricket's Van Egmond.
He is old, but until very, very recently he has put a lot of runs on the board.

Over the last 4 years or so since his resurgence, he might be our top run scorer.

tight test. Just get the feeling that if Australia had 1 less wicket the game could quickly swing in their direction. Head a crucial wicket, now a lot of pressure on webster.
He has done well so far to be fair
You can probably see why we were raving about him in Tas after seeing a lot of him playing live red ball cricket.

BW must be the most all round player in Aus - batting, close catching, medium pace and finger spin bowling. He has already taken Test wickets bowling both spin and pace.

He is versatile. Must be pinching himself that he is playing Test cricket after a long first class career. A late bloomer.

I think it wasn't until he started bowling medium pace about 4-5 years ago that he shot into Test calculations. He decided his off spin wasn't adequate.

Evening or morning guys.
One of those pressure releasing spells from Starc. Is going at 6 and over this morning.

starc has a habit of letting teams back into the game when his team is on top

no better bowling when your team is chasing the game, but struggles with the killer instinct
