The Ange at Tottenham Thread

Mate (staring at the ground) cough cough burp if his able to (loud fart) convince a young wonderkid to choose Tottenham he is a very convincing speaker Cough

I think you might be overestimating the Ange factor in this loan deal. Its not like Tottenham have never recruited talent before.

The expectation goal posts have been shifted so far in the last 18 months now its like he's the messiah when one gets over the line.

Matt O'Riley when he was at Celtic said Ange never spoke to him and it was a welcome change when Rodgers arrived. Rodgers turned Matt O'Riley into a £25 million transfer not Ange.

You have no idea how football transfers work, clearly.

Was already attracting loads of interest when he was playing under Ange, Celtic had no desire to sell until they could find a suitable replacement.

You're making it out like nobody was interested in O'Riley until he started playing under Rodgers.

Also the never spoke to him comment is rubbish, what he actually said was:

its Tottenham

they're having their worst season in the EPL...ever
IN the EPL .... The guys has managed teams in Japan, Scotland, Champions league, Europa league and NOW EPL ..... the hate is strong for whatever reason, but the fact are undeniable.

he failed dismally in the Champions League and Europa League (and the Conference League)...losing to the likes of Bodo/Glimt, not just away but at home as well.

the new manager to Celtic brought immediate improvement in the Champions League competition, doubling the points tally in the first season then qualifying for the knockouts in the second.

so the new guy at Celtic is slightly better than a "park manager" please DO go on.

Rodgers finished dead last in the same format.

When the format changed, Celtic have been able to hang on by a fingernail in a far easier route to the knockout rounds.

Do you do truth by any chance?

oh please... they defeated one of the top teams in the Bundesliga and gained a point away to the Europa League champions

undefeated at home this season in the CL. You can caveat it all you want you can only play the opposition in front of you.

Ange never won a single game and only managed a point to the decimated bomb dodgers from Donestk after leading twice in two games. Game management is non existent. We've seen it in several leagues over several years. Its all plaudits and no points... like the World Cup

Lupi all your posts when a bloke is down, pretty weak and easy target that approach.
We all know he's struggling, strengths and weakness's and the situation, he isn't the first nor the last going through a battle on his hands and many had far more experience and pedigree that he'll never have.
We just wish him support being the only ever Aussie in a big league even I never caring for Spurs show some kind of empathy instead of putting knives in his back.
I'm sure another smug reply will return but no matter thats who you are I suppose.

this is the reason for lack of objectivity for most Australian football fans. You are admitting it at least.

Who do you support? If it’s Tottenham maybe your feelings are understable, although large numbers of Spurs fans are pointing the finger at Levy. If you’re not a Spurs supporter then your Ange obsession seems a bit much.

The lone wolf doesn't disclose that sort of information about him/herself .... Can't be a super hero if everyone knows too much about you...
