Sign Up Now!Bouzanis hit his limit decades ago.Went to the game at Lismore, Roar versus Jets. First look at either side. Brisbane played to an impressive structure, and the press was unrelenting - they look very fit, well organised, and were all over the Jets till the changes started ringing.
If the 11 that started for the Jets is anything like their first 11 for this coming season, they are in deep trouble. Some of the players looked like they belonged in NPL2. An alarming lack of quality across the park.
Bouzanis is a worry, though. How a full-time professional keeper can have distribution as poor as his defies logic. Keepers now MUST be able to distribute. Bouzanis makes Jamie Young look like Beckenbauer. He needs to pick up his game, literally.

Young Socceroo Dimitri Valkanis joins Brisbane Roar from Greek Giants AEK Athens FC on loan
Brisbane Roar are delighted to welcome 19-year-old centre-back Dimitri Valkanis on loan from Greek Super League giants, AEK Athens FC for the upcoming 25/26 Isuzu UTE A-League season. He joins after the Roar fended off interest from several A-Leagues clubs...brisbaneroar.com.au
Totally undecided since I know nothing about him but with heavy reservations. How do Roar fans feel about this one? At first glance it seems a lot like Poppa signing and playing his sons. Is he any good?
