You still remain unable to refute the evidence that I kindly provided you re endurance runners. Not sure why. Perhaps there are no scripted answersI will teach you a life lesson here.
There are two types of people: (1) those that mock the source of information, and (2) those that focus on facts/evidence.
For example: if a piece of soiled dunny paper gives a citation of a Wall Street Journal (WSJ) article -- and the WSJ article cites a peer-reviewed medical research paper by doctors from the top universities in the world .... then, you realise, it is the fool who dismisses ALL of it because it came from a smelly piece of toilet paper. In truth, it's the veracity of the information at the end of the trail that matters.
The smart person follows the trail of information to the final source, and checks the medical research paper.
Wheras the idiot dismisses the entire thing because of the smelly dunny paper. That type of person is just good for show-off banter at parties, but they're not the wise people you seek advice for life's greatest problems.
Here, this goodsciencing article cites where they got their source for each report of an athlete dying or suffering a heart attack. That's the part you have to attack and check. You show yourself up as a fool in what you wrote above.

Take your time, run it past your fellow troof seekers, AI or something, and get back to me with some specifics/details.
I'll wait. The fishing is slow
