2025 NPL attendance and viewers

17k streams in 12 or so hours for South v Knights.... crowd was 1200-1500 or so all in, not bad for a school night.

1st two rounds are well viewed and decently attended, lets hope this continues when the weather sours...
Youtube viewership will remain high but crowds will nosedive. Not only cos of weather but the start of afl season and all the lower tier leagues.

2025 games honest estimate (what i've been to)
Preston vs Hume - 3,800
Geelong vs North Geelong - 2,000
Victory vs Altona - 400
Altona vs St Albans - 750 (terrible weather)
Preston v Altona - 5,000 (official crowd 5,400 which seems accurate)

I would say a smidge under 6, but a very healthy crowd none the less!
It was under 6 but over 5. I'd say 5400 is pretty accurate

We also now scan all members, pre purchase tickets and have a count for each booth if someone pays on the day

Even the hume game at one point the line was out until the start of the car park near the round about turning into the ground.

Cant wait for south in 2 weeks. Cup game was a great atmosphere and I honestly love it when there is a healthy away following at our ground

It will be your biggest crowd of the season :P .... I can't wait either.... Youve gotta do something about the parking though mate....

South Melbourne fans don't like this but it is true.
Mate South Melbourne fans were the only people to upvote that post!

You're misinformed if you think South fans have any ill will towards clubs that are actually trying to improve football in this country (so excluding cannons lol). I hate to say it but the nplvic is a brotherhood at this point and I would wan't most of the teams in that league to be as successful as they desire, not being held back by the franchises. I can't care about whatever background the clubs are considering they are all Australian teams playing with majority Australian players...
