Just one tweet but by a Hearts blogger who seems to get a lot of the info. Rowles keen on a move 'closer' to have due to family. Whether that's Australia, Korea or something else remains to be seen. Wouldn't be the end of the world to play for a top Korean side. J League would be much better.

That's interesting. I would have thought a better Euro league would be the next step. If he's coming back to Asia Japan would be ideal. It will sharpen his technique. It'll be good for qualifiers as well. I don't mind it as a move.

A solid world cup and he's always looked fine against bigger international opponents. It's funny too that only in SPL games does he look of but even in European competition more comfortable. Under a million for that is daylight robbery on Hearts. They could easily fetch 2.5m from an English club.

Good for Rowles to get out of there. I think he and Atkinson could both feel the incessant abuse they were copping. These supporters are absolutely delusional expecting 100% stats in every department from the players.

Hearts were but Rowles was steady. They'll realise what they've lost once he's gone. When you see the fees commanded today for regular international centre backs, 2.5m is what Rowles would command. Current reactions from Hearts fans agrees. But hang on, I'm confused. They say he's woeful but now want millions for him? They can't make up their minds. Just like Rangers fans on twitter who change their preferred side every 3 days. Such a strange, indecisive lot.
