Australian transfers 24-25 winter

The issue is Geria doesn't have much career time left to fulfil his overseas goals. Yet, he's made a spot for himself in the national team and I feel leaving Victory now is risky for himself and the national team.

Despite that he's probably going to play regular. Something could go wrong but he's still in the probable category.
I think from Geria's point of view, what is the salary? I know nothing about Geria's post-football career opportunities. So not sure what he can do to earn a crust post-football. So if the salary is better, then I would take it.

Given Sorensen has left Waddingham will fit the squad spot. I'm optimistic that he'll be thrown on given their penchant for trailing. Therefore it's either a heroic survival or relegation.

Of the teams down there I'd sacrifice Hull, Luton and Cardiff. Force a Robertson move and that club needs a restart. I like Plymouth in The Championship. Stoke have asked for it for a while.
If they drop that isn't the end of the world for waddingham but I'd prefer farrell in the championship

Hope you are right, JS.

Lachie Wales is not A-League quality. Grimaldi and Danzaki are better players. And with the emergence of Lauton, I don't see why WU would want him back.
When I've watched him in the last few seasons before this one, I've always thought Wales is one of the better AL players.

Notwithstanding, there is a lot of young talent coming through like Lauton et al.

Geria strikes me as one of the most articulate Socceroos I've heard speak, along with the likes of Goodwin and Irvine.

I think he is a smart cookie. He could have a future in coaching.

According to Benjamin, an IS/442 poster, and player agent/scout, Japanese clubs really look after players very well.

Not aussie but Kusanov close to signing for city. Would be huge for asian football if he succeeds.
That's a crazy signing for us our centre backs have been very solid. I find it alarming when some sides are stacked and others are playing discards

L Wales played for City for three years and never scored and had very few assists. WU took him on a free transfer and under J Aloisi he improved. According to Transfermarkt he went to K2 club Gyeongnam on a free transfer and played 420 minutes over 7 games for 1 goal and 5 assists. I don't know the circumstances that Gyeongnam released him but I assume that he was surplus to requirements. I can also presume that WU did not offer him a contract or the contract was not worth his time. So I stand by my comments.

He did reasonably well at Western and wanted to test himself overseas. 1 goal and 5 assists over 420 minutes is very impressive so not sure why he is leaving. Maybe he couldn’t settle over there.
