English Premier League šŸ¦

Forest were well structured, defend to the hilt break away in numbers and let you have the ball add in a bit of time wasting wherever possible and you know your in a game. Having said all that Liverpool should still have won that game battered them second half but the keeper has a game to remember still in a good position need Ange to do us a favor tomorrow but we are looking ok as this is our wobbly patch by the looks of it

Liverpool are ok because everyone else around them are also wobbling a lot. Where teams can pick up points, they are not. Adding to that, you have managers like Arteta who are being stubborn in their approach and it's costing the team big time. I still expect Liverpool to win the league, but it's nice that it's not so easy and nice to see a side like Forest near the top.

Ding ding spot on.
Hence Iā€™m not worried picking up draws at this stage during out wobble as well.
As mentioned elsewhere letā€™s not forget Bournemouth Villa Brighton playing up the top end - itā€™s great to see.

Some good games on right nowā€¦.
For my sons sake come on you Spurs

Jota last night and now Gabriel. Corners allowed to just go so far in and drop as well.

Was never a corner for Arsenal to begin with. Of course without VAR this would simply be given as a bad call. I'd always hoped part of VAR would be an immediate radio to the ref in such cases like that.

In the time it takes for the player to go to the corner, very quick replay and immediate radio through 'goal kick instead of corner'.

Another for Arsenal. Spurs implosion. Like Liverpool last night, utterly blind at the back with Trossard being the only danger, being the one on the ball and 2 Spurs players trot across in cover. Where's the awareness from the Spurs players to glance and see there is zero threat in the middle so they can get across and nullify the threat?

Thats whats lacking is mid field defensive coverage for Spurs all season.
A real shame Solanke OG and Trossard goal was soft as, another is give Trossard that chance again he'd miss more than hitting the spot like he did for a change.
Bringing up Jota's, what a hoot of 2 subs eh and their first touchs, corner assist and head flick into to goal, classic sub change fortune thats was.

As much as arse have been a better team the last couple of seasons they couldn't finish spurs off as much as they should have.

Tsimi having better form than Robbo??? What do you reackon mate?

yes I agree, mentioned that few weeks back, its time Robbo has some bench time, Tsimi has kicked on this season - not sure maybe Kloppy gave him the nerves but Slot has really effected some players that couldn't break through enough or we're not his favs ?
Gravenberch earlier this season was a different player to last year, sensational.
Szobo went balisitic as well but last few weeks hasn't dominated like he did.
Gapko has stepped up.
VVD not much diff but looks strong as, as if he's making his last big season all or nothing approach.
Konate was becoming the perfect VVD foil he needs to recover that form since injury.
Young Jones lifted but has gone off the boil and bench.
Just luv engine room MacAllister.

In saying that having this dip in performances is not too bad just over halfway and got to happen - glad to see most of the chasers have had their ups downs (shame arse won but expected it) so the 2 draws arn't great of late but better than getting nothing !
That 1 point diff IF gooners come close us dropping a game that game in hand is gold at this stage (as long as we beat the toffs).

2 Cups + CL games, man I don't know how this is sustainable and surely injuires in between but hey, shouldn't complain :)

I wouldnt be too concerned mate, still only one loss for the season and a healthy GD.... Slot is a cool customer and the squad is robust enough to ride out the storm... Brentofrd away may be "interesting" now but I wouldnt worry about it too much. Its clear sailing for the enxt few months, not really facing any real oppostion until may ... Pepps mob at home ... maybe if theya re looking for redemption but Im don't thinkl they are up for it this season.

not be too concerned ? hahaha its LFC we're talking about - it ain't over till the fat lady sings as you know :)
I haven't concerns playing citeh, we always turn up for the big games its the Brentfords/wolves/villa type games that get me edgy.
We always bottle some of those games we should put away - the bloody united draw sucked, these are points that should have been banked examples.

Liverpools contenders for the top spot
Arsenal - They dont and never look like they are in the race for anything, delusional fan base will probably screw up against Villa and lose the odd couple of games just a bunch of Stoke City pretenders be very surprised if they finish 2nd but points wise they are closest to Liverpool and at the moment they have to be a concern
Forest - They are a bigger concern only because they are ridiculously hard to beat for that matter alone they are a worry but logic will sustain top 4 is their priority from now I reckon
Newcastle - Out of the current top 4 they are more than capable of going on a strong run but Liverpool are 9pts in front with a game in hand something has to go drastically wrong for them to threaten top spot.
Chelsea - Too inconsistent but might get top 4
City - They will make a charge Im sure but Liverpool are already 12pts clear with a game in hand
So that leaves Liverpool looking around at Arsenal, Forest to a lesser extent Newcastle - all things weighed up its Liverpools to lose (fck I hate saying it out loud but surely not)
Liverpool play Arsenal 11th May at Anfield it may be all over by then or this will be the title decider for Liverpool if they win this - that should be it !!

MSC I hear ya bud but exactly as KK mentioned hating to say anything out loud.
We are in a good possi right now but Fark Iā€™m that expect the unexpected type when things are going well.
Good summary KK And as I mentioned we still have the other cups to play even though Slot will be rotating.
A lot of minutes to play

I'm sick of all the apologists in United fan threads saying things like, "we never should have sacked Ole" or defending Bruno as our best player. We need some serious change at the club and I'd be starting with Bruno.

The changes have been happening for sometime zimbos.
The recent investor Ratcliff and now coach are huge changes.
The clean up of internal costs.
Ole was just the past that many from your supporters keep living in the past but your clubs prob is imo has lost its soul and dna.
Bruno is just an angry frustrated selfish player cringing for success because heā€™s at United and plays like itā€™s all about him.
Heā€™s the persona arrogance United and supporters have shown since the heydays.
