I DO NOT and I repeat I DO NOT have an issue with "ethnics" whatsoever.

If I did I wouldn't be happily married to one.

Simple fact is whether that perception is reality or not, the perception is these monocultural social clubs give off the perception they are exclusive and people outside those groups aren't welcome.

That's always been the perception from society whether you agree or disagree that is the perception.

Mate, you're not doing yourself any favours bringing up xenophobia.

My original point had nothing to do with xenophobia.

The A-League was created to get away from the perceptions people had of those clubs.

And yes those clubs should be consigned to the dustbin of history and that's nothing to do with xenophobia it's all to do with moving on leaving the past in the past and moving forward for the good of football in this country.

I have absolutely no issues at all with "ethnics" at all whatsoever.

Never have, never will.

What I have an issue with is monocultural social clubs who give the perception anyone outside those groups is not welcome.

That's always been the perception of those clubs rightly or wrongly, that's just how it is.

Mate, the issue of the past is the past thats biggest main point you need to back down on.
I get that feeling from the past way back BUT none of the Clubs have that same feeling about them today when you enter the grounds.
Times are not the same and its not the same.
The feeling is no diff keeping away from active support areas, people feel uncomfortbale hence you keep away.
There is always stupid bad behaviour amongst a small group of stoopid kids incl AL.

The AL spin getting away from the ol clubs was spin to enhance the new change/comp, marketing 101#.
There are plenty ethnics who link with AL/NPL but obviously not enough.
Your living in the past with your outlook but we know you'll say otherwise.

What would be your suggestions to remedy the issues beleaguering the league ATM?

Well, the quality of football and the number of young players getting minutes is great. Macarthur and Western United’s crowds are still mostly in the 3-5K range and need to be higher. The APL and channel 10 and Paramount aren’t promoting the A-League at all which would help.
