19games in - 1 game in hand - a 6 point buffer from 2nd.
Not complaining way to go yet just HOPE we keep getting the results and other results help us as well.

We're still in the 2 Cup comps AND still on top of the CL !

Didn't like that quadruple talk last season and I don't care this season as well TBH.
The League for #20 is what I want more than anything - anything else would be a bonus the CL if anything more.

Just pray injuries don't ruin our busy run to the end of season.

Jan league fixtures to come I always shudder when we play Brentford and Bournemouth - both A, they always give us a huge challenge !
Plus 2 CL fixtures to play.
Jan 7 games to play.

MO what hasn’t been said - record breaker that angled goal too netting is typical.
Gapko maybe most improved this year - that’s 9 goals at Anfield !
I don’t want to get ahead of myself but damn we’re in a great position.

Where would mo sit for you in top Liverpool players of all time?
 
That’s a huge one to consider where he sits.
Let me think a bit and get back for comparing decades is always tuff and league diff of post EPL - hopefully our new member KK adds to this question as well.
 
MCG IMO maybe can only be broken down in 2 sectors.
English Div1 era that collected title after title/ Euro's/Cups a plenty followed by modern day whole different game EPL is chalk and cheese.
Maybe by position ? is that fair to midfeilders/backs that without them a forward can't deliver on his own entirely.
Where does MO sit compared to Kenny < 18 throphies, KK, Rushi, Fowler for eg ?
I suppose the stats types break it down by goals/assists but is that fair ?
Titles ? well we know the post EPL those mentioned above eat MO for brekky.

and I haven't mentioned other Legends (especially one of my letter day heart throbs SG !!!, Clemence, Owen, Souness, Torres, Hansen, look up Steve Highway, Barnes - to name more.
HTF do you list by 1 to 20, so many are legendary Redmen I could carry on with more, MO sits in the Legends roll full stop period.
IF we get this title and he amass's more scoring feats christ he might end up being the modern day #1 by many I suspect.
We have 14/15 more league games to play, he sits 7th EPL top scorers list 1 above Henry now, say 10 more goals he ends up 1 behind Cole in 5th spot.
People will consider him a Great so will I but have no clue where he ranks amongst the many Legends we have.
 
Yer for sure though we got Slot familiar like mad on their game and we have great defense compared to what they are playing against week in week out.
I expect he’ll go a regular start up squad defense wise though maybe not.
Maybe scouse Tsimi slips in LB.

mate 65 goals in 20 matches ... even if they are playing donkeys every week, still scary :)

The great run over the 8 qualifying matchs has pocketed some good financial returns !
Liverpool are set to pocket at least £83.8 million for their efforts over the past eight matches.
Looking ahead
There is still another £47.2 million to play for between now and the final in Munich on May 31 IF making to the Finale.
Re euro nights @ Anfield
Liverpool generate between £3 million and £4 million on a matchday at Anfield, too, putting them in a healthy financial position.

Im surprised Im not getting more stick to be honest... Like you not too worried about a one off bad day but still .... Sheesh their keeper was a machine... good luck to the plucky Argyle lads... hope they go far.

I wouldn't have minded a bit more creativity in the team. Gakpo or Mac Allister may have been handy against a team that would be hard to break down and their keeper had a blinder.

That said - good luck to Plymouth and hope they continue their run.
