Socceroos' current market value vs Asia

Arzani did best against Denmark. In hindsight I wish we'd started Maclaren over Nabbout, brought Cahill earlier and benched Kruse.
honestly he was fine for his age before his acl

some how still isn't quite as good on the ball despite improving his defense. John Kosmina said he never did his rehab for his acl properly and its really cost him

Well htf didn’t a pro do his rehab properly.
He would be having club physio updates, coaching staff keeping eye on things etc for he’s a paid player.
It doesn’t make sense.

It happens. You've got to be very disciplined with your rehab away from the club. It's a long slog with an ACL. It probably shows a lack of professionalism and maturity.

apparently a work ethic issue, couldn't be bothered doing his physio (according to kosmina)

Athleticism is required for some positions (depending on the coach). What is the point of a goal keeper that can run 100m in under 9 seconds?
More critical is the headspace. Being a professional sports person regardless of sports (I don't consider darts a sport nor golf) requires discipline to train, to eat, to listen, to practise. Self motivation is paramount. Kids with these qualities have the opportunity to make it.

Probably would help sweeper keepers, but I see your point you need to have a good mix of all - good technique, good mentality/work ethic, extreme athleticism to get to the very top.

If someone like Mooy had more pace/athleticism he would of played for top 6 club.

If someone like Arzani trained the way he does in League 2 would he still get the opportunities he gets here? I doubt it.

Quicky it isnt that hard if your into your game and a Pro like him with all the tools available therefore shows exactely why he hasn’t stepped up and obviously those in the game know it.
Between myself 1 acl and son 2 we both got back on the horse and got back playing following season and we’re just local mugs.
Good Poppa has called him out.

It shouldn't be hard but some people lack discipline, motivation, maturity. That's what it feels like without really knowing. It's a shame really.

Saudi going hard for Mitoma atm bid of £54m rejected by Brighton,

What's he worth 75-80?

They payed 3m for him... jesus christ.

Wasn’t sure where to post this. Amazing to see Kaishu Sano is the 5th fastest player in the Big 5 Leagues and 3 other Japanese players in the fastest Top 10 players in the World!
