He was in Slovenia for a few months but is now back at victory.Where the hell is Alex Lee these days??? The kid won best youth player last year then scored in the Australia Cup. Doesn't seem to be in our youth squad this season either. Would be great to know how we lost a top prospect.
Oh wow, how did you find that out? All I could find on the Google's was he's in the Victory NPL 2025 squad but hasn't played a single minute. He was in Slovenia for a few months but is now back at victory.
But yeah he wasn’t even playing NPL first team before he left.
I saw a tweet about it and his transfermarkt page has his move to Slovenia as well.Oh wow, how did you find that out? All I could find on the Google's was he's in the Victory NPL 2025 squad but hasn't played a single minute.
Well, that makes it at least 3 times. Saw him at Preston match AND at an earlier match when we were still rubbish. heheSecond week the Victory coach has been spotted in the stands at a South match sussing out players...... hands off muchacho!!!!!!!!!
I hope he bought a membership????Well, that makes it at least 3 times. Saw him at Preston match AND at an earlier match when we were still rubbish. hehe
Tall AF order from where I’m standing, but we’ll see.Really hope Victory have a good season and pull backs some of the lost supporters.
I guess this is the part where the New Dawner cynics go “Of course a Greek-heritage coach would be scoping out his own people”…Second week the Victory coach has been spotted in the stands at a South match sussing out players...... hands off muchacho!!!!!!!!!
Yep, MV are in that crappy position in which they have lost a number of key players across all thirds of the park.Tall AF order from where I’m standing, but we’ll see.
The coaching merry-go-round of the last year or so’s been a particular shemozzle. Kisnorbo should’ve never gotten the gig in the first place, much less Diles been his successor.Yep, MV are in that crappy position in which they have lost a number of key players across all thirds of the park.
It's the type of situation that ends coaches in the A-League. I worry Diles may be in way over his head and will get found out. Hope I'm wrong, but he's definitely got his work cut out for him.
Credit where credit is due, after Kisnorbo left and Diles was promoted I thought for sure we'd miss finals. The fact that we made the GF and only lost by a goal is a very respectable effort. Although I'm not sold on Diles, I reckon he has earned the opportunity to have a crack. That being said, if we a floundering at the bottom of the table come January, then he needs to go.The coaching merry-go-round of the last year or so’s been a particular shemozzle. That’s the power ofMy daughter had a Aus football shirt on, some Japanese bloke on the street in Tokyo stopped us and said 'Mitch Langerak just retired one hour ago' and showed us the Melbourne Victory instagram page, absolute spin out.
Nahh he laying the foundations for his next role at AU championship when it goes belly up this season!Second week the Victory coach has been spotted in the stands at a South match sussing out players...... hands off muchacho!!!!!!!!!
