NPL 2025

Anyway, I am not saying anything either way. But there has never been a security mandate/operation at an a-league game like there is for the NPL this Friday - do I think there’s a bigger problem in NPL? Fuck no of course not.

But you’ve got head on the sand if you think one is all squeaky clean, and generally it’s been a case of no cameras around when there’s been trouble at NPL.
Why would you need a security operation when the games are played in huge venues where the 2 sets of fans that are most likely to belt eachother are at opposing ends of the ground with a heap of entrances?

Thats why they belt eachother pre and post game outside pubs.

This. What about the way England does it? Convicted hooligans have to check-in to a police station during their team's matches. They even have to surrender their passport during internationals.

This probably won't stop them throwing chairs in the street hours after a match, but it will keep them away from the ground during matches. Although, surely we could expand the law to have check-ins hours after matches as well.
FAN ID works as seen in Turkey and Russia but it does kill off a lot of supporters and makes purchasing tickets out of blue, extremely inconvenient.

Doesn’t stop the hooligans fighting away from the ground though so it’s more for in stadium trouble.

In Greece, they just attend U15s womens volleyball matches and punch the suitcases out of each other there....

Something to do with Alec Urosevski calling out Domenic Costanzo, saying i'll see you after the game.

well looks like the phrase, i'll see you after the game was real.

There was some push and shove between them during the game and if you look at the last 5 seconds of the highlights you can see a Marconi player ( not sure who ) celebrating towards the pretend "ultra" group and one of them breaking off and pointing towards the carpark.

i've seen the video of the post match scuffle, he doesn't look good if your Rockdale let me tell ya.

physically attacking players after the match is just crossing the line IMO.

Not only does it become a matter for FootballNSW but it becomes a matter for the police is assault and damaging a car is allegedly involved.

Wow, I thought it was only Victory by some of the comments. What happened to the tight-knit family I heard about a couple of days back? Now I'm seeing punch-ons and nazi salutes. It's as if it has nothing to do with the clubs, rather individuals.

Heard from a Victory fan that the "Vic aligned" group that frequently causes trouble at NPL games are a section of the fanbase (they don't even want to call them fans considering they just go to the football to have a scrap) that have stadium bans... Its an open secret that the chunk of the Horda members that go the the 'Greek' npl games and start shit are wanna be Golden Dawn fanboys (lol). I have only ever seen a couple of them somewhat openly rep Horda / Victory merch (haha going undercover), which is understandable since everyone hates them.
Didn't anyone tell these Greekiepoos that "horta" are a type of vegetable/weed their grandparents ate during the Nazi Occupation because they were starving!!!! Hahaah why dont they at least Greekify their little girl guides group and call themselves "Radiccia" its much tastier and if they take a plastic bag and a knife to their next match they can stop on the side of the freeway and pick some? hahahahah

hmmm didnt read anything regarding fans fighting other fans??? Trying to create a bit of a narrative are we?

Doesn't surprise me

I reckon the only person he didn't try to start something with when played them at the Sydney maso cup was himself
I don’t know how you can do that and have your family business so open to the public, media.

Just asking to be fire bombed or proper attacked but maybe Sydney its all good, civil
