If we go with RWB I think Strain and Metcalfe are our best options. If we go with RB it is Strain and Geria.

That's right. Bos is an engine and can get up and down. Hannover's formation currently with a back 4 sees both centre backs even break through the defensive line of the deep block. Don't think ours could do it. Sainsbury had the mobility for it.
 
Completely agree with the extra man on the right in a 5 is not worth the less body in the middle of the park. PLUS a RWB would have the least amount of depth out of all positions.
 
Popovic has done a fine job so far but I really hope we don't have regular frustration that someone like Balard isn't picked. If anyone needs dropping then it's probably Baccus on the picking order. O'Neill less likely.

Just got to aim for Robertson and Balard in March but if we're sitting pretty by then, we won't see drastic change.

Getting lame for him and Irankunda. Maybe Hürzeler can contact a Liga 3 club for a loan? Decent league nowadays.

Irankunda to Liga 3 would be more exciting than what he's currently doing but Bundesliga 2 would be fine.
