Adelaide have Dutch defender Daan Klomp on trial. He most recently played in Canada where he won the CPL best defender award in 2023 and 2024 whilst also winning the CPL player of the year award in 2023.

Could be a very shrewd signing for us given we lack depth in defence.

Weird signing when you have Vriends and Kikianis. I hope it doesn't mean Kikianis plays less. That looks like 3 starting quality CBs. But yeah good depth.
