Wish everyone out their A League club logo on the profile. Sucks to see it happen when he's out there but watch 200 goals over next weekend and I guarantee there are plenty where you'll see Ryan is a fine keeper. Bahrain will never score the first again and the second was just cruel. Souttar has to yell at Matthews to leave it.

I find it difficult to believe that players choose to cut counter attacks or forward passes and instead pass backwards at every opportunity. That must be the manager's direction.

I have seen this over and over again even before Popa. Maybe the players lack of skills for quick transition cuz I don't think any coach in the world would tell their players to kill the transition by turning around and pass backwards.

The Ryan comments are strange to say the least. No goalkeeper in the world could have done anything with either of those goals. Ryan's the least of our problems. At least with him, it's not heart in mouth every time he has the ball at his feet. Gauci certainly hasn't covered himself in glory so far.

They have already shown up in Europe but Popa either doesn't select them or doesn't play them.

It happened. Had we won both, the ME teams would be 5th and 6 on 5 while Indonesia and China would be on 6 and Australia on 11. Every result we wanted went our way. A loss in China and beating Indonesia probably would have been enough. Both ME teams play Japan away next. Japan will surely be confirmed so the Saudi game is a dead rubber but they'll play to win.

He's done well to stabilise his career but he's not international standard.
