A-league attendances 24/25

Now now Bat, lets not go against the mainstream masses that saved our game, for we may just find ousrselves excluded yet again just like the NSL..... you know "for the good of the game and progressiveness"... There's a Lowy or a Hill in all of them after all, and they cant hide it even when they try to veil it in comments of support! 🤣

Keep chipping away at their bubble mate! Well be here at their end with the pop corn!
The trouble is of course, there's a lot of these new dawners around that take even the slightest criticism of the A League franchise competition.and the way it's run as some sort of pronounced assault on the game....

It's not that at all. You're not going to fix the myriad of problems created by the FFA and A League franchise competition management over the years if you can't talk about them in a civilised manner. I sometimes think when these new dawners are throwing their toys out of the pram because someone has pointed out a lower than normal crowd figure ir two that they're a bit crackbrained...

Especially when said criticism comes from fans of the game pre 2005 who maybe didn't have their footballing culture installed on their cultural mindset from a console game....

Or maybe after all these years they're still suffering from NSL derangement syndrome.....

Just about every A-League fan has criticised the way it's run. The game has barely ever been run well here.

But I think the point with you is all we hear is criticism. It's like if you won't bother with the good, don't bother us with the bad kinda thing. It's the same with most things in life, if one can't be balanced and objective but only flogs their own agenda then they come across as, well, a flog.

You absolutely have made some excellent points throughout. Just saying they probably get lost in the sheer amount of vinegar instead of honey ☮️ as my nan used to say.

Some A-League fans have absolutely no idea, too. Crapping on "old soccer" but they wouldn't have a clue. There are all sorts on either side of the fence. Would be great if we were all working towards the same thing. What's best for the game? Yeah, plenty of opinions there haha. But constructively, not just shitting on things forever. That goes for everyone.

I don't think they're Pasquali's friends-far from it.Anyway all forums have resident trolls so don't worry about it.The trick is not to feed them too much and argue with them. They are kind of funny and also sad.
Ahh convenient gaslighting, as always.... slander away, like most new dawners!

Let me guess, you're one of those that still believes that the aleague sorted all of Oz footballs previous ills bc thats what ur told to believe or worse still, thats what u "desire" to believe deep down in your "mainstream" psyche!.. As always we are out to get you and the franchises bc we speak some uncomfortbale truths tis tis you "democrats!".

Atleast i can acknowledge that happyguus has hit the nail on the head, it seems he is in the minority though!

I thought Hellenic man made some very valid points. Hellenic man has his own particular view, his own particular way of expressing that view and he should be applauded for his love of Australia's footballing history and culture.....

I love this place ❤️
Do you understand that history is made everyday all around the world. Today's action is tomorrow's history. History is not only what happened 60 years ago.

Lads use your heads you were born 20 years before us so you follow the nsl we were born 20 years later so we follow the a league we're all a product of time location and our family

Every single South Melbourne fan would love for SM to be testing themselves and playing in the “hated” big time fully-professional A-League against A-League teams, perhaps even jagging the odd win to go with a the floggings, instead of year after year in the part-time semi-pro NPL. It’s their ultimate dream but that’s never to be truthfully and openly admitted………ssssssshhhhhhhh
