Chronicles of a stable genius - all the biggliest stuff

Does this qualify?

Journalists Peter Baker and Susan Glasser said in their 2022 book The Divider: Trump in the White House, 2017-2021 that Trump had asked Kelly "why can't you be like the German generals?" When Kelly replied that German generals "tried to kill Hitler three times and almost pulled it off" Trump reportedly replied: "No, no, no, they were totally loyal to him."

Kelly gave a separate account of the "German generals" conversation with Goldberg. The chief of staff said he replied: "Do you mean [Otto von] Bismarck's generals?

He added: "I mean, I knew he didn't know who [19th-century German Chancellor] Bismarck was, or about the Franco-Prussian War. I said, 'Do you mean the Kaiser's generals? Surely you can't mean Hitler's generals? And he said, 'Yeah, yeah, Hitler's generals.' I explained to him that [field marshal Erwin] Rommel had to commit suicide after taking part in a plot against Hitler."
Speaking to CNN on Tuesday John Bolton, formerly Trump's White House national security adviser, said he believed Kelly's account.

Bolton said: "You can take what John says to the bank.

"If John says that Donald Trump said them, I believe them implicitly."

nope

Praising Hitler's building of the autobahns is practically a meme(he didn't, btw). But doing so doesn't make you a 'threat to democracy'.

Joe Kennedy, Charles Lindbergh, Henry Ford, and Walt Disney are just a few famous Americans who expressed admiration for Hitler. How you're contextualised depends on which side of the political spectrum you reside on. Joe Kennedy fixed an election but has never been seen as a threat to democracy.

If Joe Biden ever mentioned Hitler in casual conversation, it would never be used against him. The context of Trump having two Jewish daughters, Jewish grandchildren, a son-in-law who is Jewish, and an ex-wife who is Jewish - nope. But he mentioned Hitler in conversation(probably did), so is a certified nazi.

Bonkers.

I live in a country that was actually invaded by hitler and I'd say the rate of discourse about him here compared to USA... about 1:10,000. Yanks are utterly obsessed with nazi germany and I haven't the faintest idea why. It's super weird.

The other massive own goal was the media and democrats criticizing Trump for holding a rally inside Madison Square Garden...because Nazis held a rally there 85 years earlier...therefore Trump = Hitler.

What makes this psyop even more retarded is the current venue was only built in 1968 and the Madison Square Garden that housed the Nazi rally was in a different location. ...and held in February.

The show was is heaps better than the USA political soap opera of today.
Don’t know why people here even bother spending the time on the shit show
I still find it hilarious that when in Modern Family, he uses the same newspaper hahahaha

I mean it makes sense - WrestleMania was born in MSG, and we all know Vince McMahon is Hitler
