Makes me wonder how far this could goI suppose the point is that it doesn't affect the product long term. However, big teams that have big owners should be looking at owning their own infrastructure. Ultimately it will lower costs and provide additional match day revenue streams while also providing an infrastructure that can generate non match day revenue. This is how NPL clubs survive. Sure - it may be on a grander scale - but if they are truly big clubs that is the way to go.
e.g. CFG should not be using AAMI except for large games - they should have their own smaller (but expandable) stadium.
like would the clubs keep going if they randomly doubled the salary floor haha
