And I'm trying to find a podcast I heard a few months ago. I couldn't find it on Spotify, I think they were just a bunch of audio files on a blog. The episode I heard was from a few years ago and talking about the history of the game in Australia. If anyone knows what I'm talking about let me know please haha.

Absolutely. The history and the work they do is so underappreciated! I follow Tony Smith as well, his research is always fascinating reading for me.
One day someone will pick this up and put it together in an easily digestible format, maybe a little YouTube series or something.

Would require people to be committed a proper system to run. Back then, we had a good group to run it and most of us were in Uni, so we had time.

Surely someone does it? Just needs a small group of people that wanna do it.
Will have to chat with my mate if he’s bringing back the Canberra Football Show next year (for ACT NPL and CPL), as they took this year off since travelling to Europe during most of the season.
