.... ummmmmmm ......
NOPE Mike just wants, what alot of people want, for franchise MLS lite football to die in this country.Preaches that he wants the good of the game but also wants professional football to die in this country.
It’s obvious that he doesn’t want what’s best for the game and only cares about his own agenda. That’s why I never bothered to listen to the pod.
I totally get it, would have felt the same way a couple of decades ago especially since it seems that everyone is against football , so to hear football fans join opponents of the game and wish death to the league is somethingI refuse to listen to anything those anti-AL wafflers have to say.
The clown constantly shits on the league yet believes his club has a divine right to be in it.
South Melbourne can die in a fire for all I care.
I listened to it, I still think they need to stop living in the past and move on.I totally get it, would have felt the same way a couple of decades ago especially since it seems that everyone is against football , so to hear football fans join opponents of the game and wish death to the league is something
but over time I got curious - what sort of passion for you club does it take to still be tweeting non stop 20 years after they were dismissed to the regional comps?
You can dismiss it as an inability to move on, fair enough. But we remember how we reacted when danny townsend said stop being emotional. No passion means no football, it's as simple as that. So we wanted to know where they were coming from
It's a free country, so no worries if you boycott and don't play the podcast, but I do think you are missing out on a great listen if you don't!
I was there and it wasn’t that great. The Sydney United crowd talked through the Australian National Anthem and the Welcome to Country, showed no respect. Then there were the Stasi songs and Nazi salutes. Well done to Sydney United supporters for turning up, but the behaviour was quite shit, and Macarthur massively outplayed them.Wasnt that a beautiful night, 16,000 strong, with 95% supporting Sydney Croatia.
Macarthur Bulls is dead, before it's even started.
thanks for listening! Football passion is a hard thing to control and if your passion can be directed to a club in the a league that's lucky for youI listened to it, I still think they need to stop living in the past and move on.
He wants our only professional league to die because he’s butthurt that his team isn’t in it.NOPE Mike just wants, what alot of people want, for franchise MLS lite football to die in this country.
Now that there is an alternative professional football national division I suspect most of the "nsl bitters" you fear will leave all you Aleague people to your own devices.
Your full of shit. There's videos showing the crowd sung the National Anthem. So STFU.I was there and it wasn’t that great. Listening to the one that dropped an hour ago atm.thanks for listening! Football passion is a hard thing to control and if your passion can be directed to a club in the a league that's lucky for you
hope you enjoyed the episode!
yeah I guess its the degree, we love payne Haas at the broncos despite being a mexican. Broich and Berisha are also club legends for us, but it makes a big difference when waddingham and other qlders playI do disagree with the visa players from random leagues somewhat.
I use Adelaide in the early days as an example, they got Marcos Flores as a 23 year old out of the second division in South America and the bloke became an A-League legend.
I think that's where Adelaide is the template for the rest of the league. That club has been heavily focused on developing young South Australian talent and it has paid off somewhat.yeah I guess its the degree, we love payne Haas at the broncos despite being a mexican. at the moment lucky to get 1-2 i starting xi. If its 4-6 that would make a big difference for me
Fair play for listening to something you most likely disagree with. I think gives you creditabilityI listened to it, I still think they need to stop living in the past and move on.
I've always thought both of them were dribblers on social media, that opinion hasn't changed listening to them on the pod.Fair play for listening to something you most likely disagree with. I think gives you creditability![]()
I just see them passionate fans. They picked their team like people my age picked an a league team.I've always thought both of them were dribblers on social media, that opinion hasn't changed listening to them on the pod.
It's been 20 years, it's time to stop living in the past and move on.
